This is typically a spreadsheet or a tracker on a portal containing the names of the resources, their role in the engagement, their home location, their engagement work location and all related mobility elements that are applicable for that resource.
This tracker contains information about the internal and external request process and status for all mobility elements (requested, received etc.).
Examples of mobility elements are:
- Visa and work permits and related appointments with the related government institutions;
- Travel arrangements, like flight or train tickets, hotel or other housing bookings. |
